The Linen Way has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase.

1. Exchange and returns

  • We offer exchange in sizes.
  • The product must be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days from the date of your shipment being received.
  • You will receive a refund for products that are damaged or defective from our end.
    Ensure that the product is not damaged and the tag is not tampered.
  • Produce the bill at the time of exchange or return.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to you once we receive the product, to be exchanged or refunded.
  • Shipping charges are free within Mumbai and Pune.
  • Note that the shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Sale items

  • No refund for the products on sale.
  • Sale items must be exchanged within the sale period.

3. Refund policy

  • The refund will be made via bank transfer for products purchased by COD or Direct bank transfer.
  • After the returned product is received, the refund will reflect in your bank account within 15 working days.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

4. Shipping Information

  • On placing your order, you will receive an email containing the summary of the order.
  • From the date of placing your order, we would normally take 7-15 working days to deliver your order.
  • The delivery time of the products will also depend on the accessibility of your area by our logistic partners.

  • Shipping charges vary with the size and mode of consignment.
  • Please note that all COD orders are charged Rs. 100/- over and above the shipping cost.

5. Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn’t been shipped. Cancellation will be accepted within 2 days of receiving order confirmation only if your order hasn’t been shipped by then.
